Synnex aquires marketing Co. Concentrix

VentureWire (sub required) reports:

Synnex Corp., a publicly traded information technology supply chain services company, said its subsidiary BSA Sales Inc. acquired marketing services company Concentrix Corp.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The subsidiary will operate as Concentrix. Both Fremont, Calif.-based Synnex and Rochester, N.Y.-based Concentrix could not be reached for comment.
