Today DoubleDutch, a company that provides event tools and analytics on mobile, landed a new $19 million in funding. The company says the fresh cash will help it push its software further into the global arena.

The conference management tool gives attendees access to conference schedules, networking opportunities, and registration all on mobile. The software also adds potential for sponsor advertising and gives event throwers a chance to survey attendees for feedback about the event.

Now that the company has 2,000 events under its belt, it’s ready to expand even more into the global conference community.

“They are already working with some of the largest event organizers around the world, and this new investment will allow DoubleDutch to focus on identifying and pursuing enormous new opportunities,” said Ajay Royan, co-founder and managing general partner of investor Mithril.

It might roll out some new features too, but details are scant.

Last week, DoubleDutch noted that it had increased sales by 300 percent, a number that no doubt helped land today’s funding. The company’s own sales increase was at least partially attributable to InsideSales, a company that uses big data to help target sales opportunities — perhaps proving that more information helps everyone make better sales.

This fourth round of funding was led by Mithril Capital Management. Bessemer Venture Partners, Index Ventures, Bullpen Capital, and Enspire Capital also participated. Since founding in 2011, DoubleDutch has raised a total of $37.5 million.
