Let the insanity begin.
More than 20,000 people have trekked to Dublin this week to attend a three-day conference that has attracted some of the biggest names in technology. VentureBeat is here as well, and we’ll bring you coverage all week of the big talks and most interesting sideshows.
The conference is mammoth. There are 10 stages running at any given time, all day. On Day 1, we’ll be at the main stage (Centre Stage) to catch some of the bigger names.
Today, the main stage features Brendan Iribe, founder of Oculus Rift; John Collison, cofounder of Stripe; Phil Libin, chief executive of Evernote; Eva Longoria, the actress starring as herself; and Drew Houston, chief executive of Dropbox.
And that’s just a tiny, tiny portion. So grab some Red Bull, and, well … wake up! It might be the middle of the night where you are, but things are just about to kick off here.
