Modest launched a couple of months ago, with the goal of making it easy for any retailer to build a mobile app that consumers can use to purchase products.
Reed is Modest’s founder and chief executive, and he’s got a few of his old buddies from Obama for America working with him on the startup. On the podcast, Reed tells me and VentureBeat’s Ruth Reader how political fundraising is actually relevant for a career in e-commerce.
