Earlier today, Capcom released a trailer announcing Ken as the next character reveal for Street Fighter V. What’s interesting here, besides the technicalities of Ken’s moveset and his fabulous flowing blonde bangs, is that a few frames snuck into the end of the video showing off a mysterious face. I don’t think it’s too far of a stretch to conclude we may be seeing a hint at the next character reveal.
But whose face is it? Using the highly technical process known as, “pausing the video and hitting the ‘Print Screen’ button,” I’ve captured stills of the frames in question to help try to determine whose mug we’re staring at.

At first glance you might think E.Honda, from the red lines on the face, but his eyes seem much more European (and I don’t remember Honda having green eyes) and his jaw/mouth proportions aren’t the same. He also appears to be wearing something that looks like a leather jacket and his hair is braided.
Perhaps this is a redesign of Hugo? Or even wilder, a change-up of Final Fight’s Damnd?
I’m definitely scratching my head while pouring through my Capcom/Street Fighter art books for a clue. What’s your take?
