Facebook said it is opening registration for the Oculus Connect 2 event, which will bring together 1,500 developers, engineers, and creators working on virtual reality, from September 23-25 in Hollywood, Calif.
The event is a big deal, since Oculus VR will likely reveal more details about its upcoming launch of the commercial version of its virtual reality headset, the Oculus Rift, which is set to debut in 2016.
Those wishing to attend can now submit applications. Oculus VR will notify potential attendees in August if their applications have been accepted.
Oculus VR is also looking to expand the number of presenters at the talks this year, according to their blog.
