VoltAthletics, the company behind a sports and body resistance training software platform, announced today that it scored over $1 million for its latest funding round from undisclosed investors, according to a Form D filling.
The Seattle-based startup calls itself “the next big thing in sport performance technology.” The company’s latest product is the V2 platform, which helps coaches and physical trainers to individualize workouts and routines, monitor performance, and reach specific goals.
Founded by former college athletes Dan Giuliani and Trevor Watkins, VoltAthletics raised more than $600,000 from angel investors last year.
