Everalbum now backs up photos from OneDrive, iMessage, Amazon Cloud Drive, and Flickr

Everalbum now lets you import photos and videos from more sources to create well-rounded shared albums. The company announced today that it has added support for Microsoft OneDrive, Apple’s iMessage, Amazon Cloud Drive, and Flickr. It has also implemented a feature that lets you opt in to have duplicate photos removed at any time.

As a service that aims to back up all your photos from multiple locations, Everalbum claims to have “aggregated billions of photos across every single one of the biggest photo storage sources.” Previously, it only supported your device’s camera roll, Facebook, Instagram, Dropbox, and Google Photos. The services added today certainly widen its reach further, which is key, as the company has shared that 60 percent of its users back up photos from multiple sources.

With all those photos pouring in, there’s a high likelihood that you’ll encounter duplicates — I often post images to Instagram that are shared to multiple platforms, including Facebook and Twitter. Everalbum says that the tool for eliminating duplicates is an opt-in feature, so if you prefer to sift through images manually, you can rest assured that they’ll be there waiting for you.

The company also revealed it has more than 1 million users on Android, news that comes a month after its launch.
