Jay and Silent Bob: Chronic Blunt Punch reaches $400K crowdfunding goal on Fig

Jay and Silent Bob: Chronic Blunt Punch has met its funding on Fig, a crowdfunding site that (unlike Kickstarter) gives people the opportunity for equity investing and earning a profit from a game’s sales. It has raised $445,467 of a $400,000 goal. It now joins other successful Fig campaigns like Outer Wilds and Psychonauts 2.

Chronic Blunt Punch is a 2D brawler starring the characters from director Kevin Smith’s films like Clerks, Dogma, and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. We had a chance to talk with Jason Mewes, who plays Jay, about the game and the Fig campaign earlier this month.
