Sony’s online gaming service isn’t working for a lot of people.

All PlayStation Network services are experiencing outages, according to Sony’s status site. Gamers have taken to social media to complain about the inability to log into their accounts and play online multiplayer game. This outage is also keeping many people from playing primarily single-player games that require connections to third-party servers. It is also causing troubles with video apps like Netflix and Hulu.

“You may have some difficulty launching games, applications, or online features,” Sony engineers wrote in an update on its website. “Our engineers are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and we thank you for your patience.:”

PSN regularly experienced down time in the early days of the PlayStation 4, but Sony has worked to improve its service throughout 2016. That has led to fewer problems than in previous years. Still, these kinds of connectivity issues happen across all online services.
