David Clevinger is the senior director of product management and strategy at IBM Cloud Video. With more than 15 years of experience in product management and digital media strategy, Clevinger specializes in streaming video solutions for OTT and TV Everywhere, digital content strategy, mobile, and audience development. At IBM Cloud Video, he oversees cognitive video solutions, video workflow, content and metadata management, livestreaming, and emerging tech products for multiple verticals in international markets. Prior to joining IBM Cloud Video, Clevinger was the vice president of product management for NeuLion and a former member of the senior management team for Universal Sports. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies and public relations from Virginia Tech.
