Rohit Kapoor is Vice Chairman and CEO at EXL. Prior to EXL, Kapoor served in various roles in Deutsche Bank’s private banking division. His started his career at Bank of America, where he held several management positions throughout the U.S. and Asia. Mr. Kapoor has a degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management.
