Russell Ure has a long history guiding the development of leading edge products; all of these products won awards and subsequently became commercial successes in their different markets. Previously, Russell was the CEO of Blacksumac, the company behind the Piper home security system. Piper established itself as a global leader of IoT self monitored home security innovation and was acquired by Icontrol Networks in 2014. Prior to Blacksumac, Russell held senior product leadership positions at Rove Mobile, Newbridge Networks, Alcatel Networks, TimeStep and Klockwork.
