Mr. Rowley is CTO and COO at PeopleCaddie, a digital talent marketplace for highly skilled independent contractors, where he oversees technology, marketing, finance, and operations. Mr. Rowley has over 20 years of managerial and entrepreneurial experience, having previously been a Senior Vice President at Bank of America and a member of the founding team of 3PAR, acquired by HP in 2011.
