A10 Networks, a web application delivery company, has raised a $23 million third round of funding led by Mitsui & Co.

The San Jose, Calif. company’s products include server load balancers, bandwidth management appliances and network identity management appliances. A10 Networks says it has won more than 100 new customers since the beginning of the year.

Existing investors, including Mitsui, Triton Ventures, H&Q/Asia Pacific, Harbinger Venture and Enspire Capital contributed almost 90 percent of the new round, with the rest coming from new investor CIDC. A10 Networks previously raised $16 million.
