AdRoll, an ad retargeting service, just raised a $70 million round of funding led by Foundation Capital to expand its offering on mobile.

With clients such as Zendesk and New Relic, AdRoll claims to have surpassed 15,000 users recently with a $150+ million revenue run rate.

While ad retargeting services already exist on mobile — Twitter launched such a service late last year — it’s still relatively new territory. According to the company’s press release, AdRoll aims to be seen as a single cross-device service spanning desktop to handsets. Criteo, a competitor to AdRoll, already offers mobile services but does not exclusively focus on ad retargeting.

In total, AdRoll has raised $89 million in funding to date.
