AI for healthcare developer analyticsMD, the startup behind software that takes “messy healthcare data and processes it in real time,” announced today that it has taken in a $13 million investment.
Led by Northwest Venture Partners and Mayfield, and followed by Y-Combinator and the Stanford-StartX Fund, the funding round will help fuel analyticsMD’s “product development and expand go-to-market efforts,” the company said.

The company was founded in 2011 by Brent Newhouse, Mudit Garg, and Ian Christopher and has its headquarters in Mountain View, Calif.
