Apple Watch app screenshots surface on Twitter

A programmer named Hamza Sood figured out how to activate a bunch of Apple Watch app screens locked inside iOS 8.2. These (black) screens are what you’ll use to control your Watch from your phone. They show up in the Watch app on your iPhone after it has been paired with a Watch, Sood says.

Here is the Settings page for your Watch:

Here is the “general” page in Settings. As you can see, we’re following the Settings pages design in the iPhone very closely.

This is where you set up your main contact list. These can be called by pushing the button just below the digital crown on the Watch.

Using this page you can control the type, content, and frequency of the notifications that show up on your Watch. This screen is the difference between your Watch being an invaluable communications tool and an utter pain in the ass.

This screen lets you specify which wrist you’ll use for your Watch:

You can select playlists to sync to your Watch, with an adjustable limit of up to 2GB.

We’ll keep an eye out for future leaks as the April 24 launch date of the Watch approaches.

And we’ll see if Apple designers hang on to the sexy black color vibe of the Watch app. Hope so.
