On the Friday before Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference Monday, some last leaks are getting though. A minor one comes from Financial Times that Apple’s new subscription music service will be called, simply, Apple Music.
Apple’s product-naming nomenclature has come to be more like the clean and simple design philosophy seen in the products themselves. Apple Watch and Apple Music are good examples.
The Times cites anonymous sources in the report repeating the long-held belief that Apple will leverage celebrity-curated channels to set its subscription service apart from the likes of Pandora and Spotify.
