Beamery closes $2 million round to grow its recruiting software business

London-based recruiting startup Beamery announced today that it closed a $2 million seed round from the U.K.’s Edenred Capital and Polish VC firm Grupa Pracuj. The capital will be used to further develop the startup’s recruiting software, Beamery said.

Beamery says its customer relationship management software allows companies to “connect with hiring prospects and nurture relationships long before they apply,” allowing the companies to “approach recruiting like customer acquisition.”

Facebook and Instacart already use Beamery for their hiring process.

Beamery graduated from Angelpad’s accelerator program in 2014.
