Chile’s getting serious about startups. The government’s development agency has set aside nearly $300 million for entrepreneurial investments, says Juan Andrés Fontaine, Chile’s Minister of Economy, Development and Tourism. In this Entrepreneur Thought Leader Lecture, given at Stanford University, Fontaine notes that the problem, so far, has been finding enough good projects to fund.
