Citi leads $4.2 million round for content recommendation startup Selerity

Selerity, a content recommendation solution, announced today a $4.2 million investment from Citi.

The New York-based startup, which says that it offers personalized content recommendation functions for enterprise applications, also announced that finance consultant Jeff Penney of McKinsey & Company will join Selerity’s board.

IA Ventures’ Roger Ehrenberg and investor Mark Faulkner also participated in the round.

To date, Selerity has raised at least $12.3 million in funds.
