ThinkingPhones, a communications startup for enterprises, announced today that it closed a $112 million round of funding. The startup also announced that it has rebranded itself as Fuze, taking the name of a company that ThinkingPhones acquired back in November.

Fuze says it offers enterprises “seamless business productivity” through its voice, video, text, and collaboration apps.

Summit Partners led the round, while Bessemer Venture Partners and Technology Crossover Ventures followed. Fuze has raised at least $200 million to date.
