CrowdStreet, a management tool for real estate investors, announced today that it closed a $3.5 million investment led by Rally Ventures.
The series A funds will be used to further develop CrowStreet’s technology and build new partnerships, the startup said.
The Portland company says on its website that it “provides accredited investors with online access to institutional-quality commercial real estate investment opportunities on behalf of the most experienced and reputable sponsors nationwide.”
Seed investors Green Visor Capital, Seven Peaks Ventures, and Portland Seed Fund also participated in the round.
