Dropbox-owned Mailbox finally launches in public beta for Mac

Today Mailbox, the popular email app acquired by Dropbox last year, made its official debut on the Mac after months of private beta testing.

The app’s still in beta, of course, but now anyone can give it a try without waiting in line. Anyone running OS X, that is (sorry, Windows fans).
