Electronic Arts unveiled Star Wars Battlefront: Death Star as the newest expansion pack for its popular Star Wars: Battlefront game on consoles and PC. The new downloadable content (DLC) will arrive in September.

EA made the announcement at the EA Star Wars panel at Star Wars Celebration Europe. The teaser trailer below shows some intense action in the battle for the Death Star that took place in the original Star Wars film, Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope.

Developers from EA DICE, BioWare, Visceral Games, and Capital Games appeared alongside Matt Fillbrandt from Lucasfilm to reveal more about the project. EA recently said that it had sold more than 14 million copies of Star Wars: Battlefront to retailers.

Niklas Fegraeus, the design director of DICE, unveiled the DLC in a new trailer. It will be available for Season Pass owners this September. DICE confirmed there will be combat in space and inside the Death Star, new maps, weapons, star cards, and two new heroes: the bounty hunter Bossk and everyone’s favorite co-pilot, Chewbacca.
