The Danville Group, known publicly as Rootstock Software, today announced new funding totaling just over $1 million in a public company filing.
Rootstock is a major player in the entirely unsexy yet important Salesforce ecosystem. Salesforce has recognized this in the past and counts among Rootstock’s previous investors, although it’s not yet clear if Salesforce participated in Rootstock’s latest round.
The new capital follows an earlier sub-$1 million raise this year and pushes Rootstock’s total funding over the $8 million mark since the cloud-powered resource management company was founded in 2008.
