You Fallout survivors on the consoles are about to get an a load of new items and improvements that PC players have had for a few weeks.
Fallout 4, one of the best-selling games of 2015, should get its 1.4 update on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One by the end of the week, according to Bethesda. The publisher already pushed out this patch for the PC version of its open-world role-playing game that has players trying to survive and thrive in an alternate-world Boston following a nuclear war. Fallout 4 fans can expect to get new decorations for their settlements in addition to a bunch of fixes and tweaks to the overall game.

Fallout 4 debuted in November, but the publisher will likely keep pushing out new updates at least of the next several months. This keeps players engaged and playing the game’s seemingly endless content. In turn, that increases the likelihood that Bethesda can maximize the lifetime value of those players by getting them to spend cash on extra downloadable content.
Happy to share that we expect the 1.4 console update (Xbox One & PS4) to release by the end of the week https://t.co/PZSb56yitm
