Car marketplace Beepi closes $12.7M round

Beepi, a peer-to-peer marketplace for selling used cars, today announced a $12.7 million raise from Yuri Milner, SAB Capital Management’s Scott Bommer, and 86 other investors via investment site AngelList. The company claims its round counts as “the largest syndicate in AngelList history.”

Ostendo, a company developing chips that will give smartphones and other devices hologram capabilities, has raised $3 million in new funding (out of $15 million it’s seeking), according to a filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The company raised $70 million this past summer.

InSensi today revealed it has secured at least $825,000 in a public filing. The stealth, New York-based company claims it’s “working hard on the next generation of smart devices.”
