Graphics aren’t everything, but if you have a choice, many would rather have the prettier experience.
YouTube channel DigitalFoundry did a graphics comparison for Street Fighter V, showing the PlayStation 4 and PC (on maximum settings) versions running side-by-side. Of course, the difference is minimal, so you should be fine playing this game on either platform (assuming you have a decent PC).
