It's Mac vs. PC all over again: Microsoft pits Surface against the MacBook in new ad

Microsoft resurrected Apple’s classic Mac vs. PC war today with a new ad spot comparing the Surface tablet to the Macbook Air.

The new commercial follows Apple’s familiar “Get a Mac” format, this time spun in Microsoft’s favor. Shown below, the spot criticizes Apple for not offering a 2-in-1 tablet/laptop device, and it also digs at Apple for never accepting the stylus — Steve Jobs famously mocked them when he introduced the iPhone.

That program ended July 31.
