Loverly, a wedding planning and inspiration startup that got its start as a “Pinterest for weddings,” is launching its own product line.
The company will kick off its expansion with “The Loverly Collection,” a growing line of dresses, floral arrangements, and stationery influenced by its “search and discovery platform.” The company is starting with just dresses today, and will add other products to the collection next month.
In short, New York-based Loverly is able to track trending keywords from its 1.2 million monthly unique visitors and use that data to inform its own products, potentially giving it a head start on wedding trends.
Loverly founder and chief executive Kellee Khalil said her company’s existing services allow it to “gain valuable insights into not only what our users are searching for, but also what they aren’t finding.”
