Painting Google chief executive Larry Page’s yacht is apparently a more grueling affair than one would think.
A painter, James Grupinski, is suing Page and a couple of contractors for injuries he sustained while painting and restoring Page’s yacht, the Senses Georgetown. According to the suit filed in Alameda County, Grupinski worked 12-hour shifts, with inadequate equipment, and ended up collapsing, vomiting, and bleeding from the eyes, ears, and anus as a result of toxic chemicals in the paint and supplies he used.

She later forced him to redo all the work he’d already done on the yacht, while another supervisor gave him a discontinued paint stripping product to do the job.
After he later collapsed and asked HF supervisors to take him to the hospital, Grupinski says he was told to “drink some milk” and “stop being a baby.”

It should be noted that Page’s only involvement seems to be as the owner of the boat.
Page purchased the 193-foot yacht three years ago and hired HF Interior to remodel the ship, which hired Grupinski to work on the interior.
