Manage your time like you manage your money

You’ve heard the old adage that time is money – but too many entrepreneurs fail to take that lesson to heart. The management and allocation of your schedule is something that can be critical to success, however, says Alec Ross, senior advisor for innovation in the Office of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in this Entrepreneur Thought Leader Lecture given at Stanford University. It took him eight years to learn the lesson, he says, but ultimately, he discovered that it pays to be ruthless with your time.
