Billionaire entrepreneur and tech pundit Mark Cuban said on CNBC today that he thinks Hillary Clinton now has “no chance” of winning the presidential election.
“Hillary’s kind of blown it,” Cuban said. “I think she’s just lost her shot.”
CNBC asked Cuban to be on the show because of his comment over the weekend that he would “crush” Donald Trump if he himself ran in the primary. But when asked if he planned to run for president (crazier things have happened) Cuban responded with an emphatic “No.”
Cuban said his comment had more to do with the GOP than with Trump. “The Republican Party requires all its candidates to conform on all the social issues,” Cuban said. He added that if he ran he would not tow the party line, and so would have an advantage.
