Where professionals once had overflowing filing cabinets and oversized atache cases for presentation graphics, we now have overflowing inboxes and cloud storage. One problem remains the same: How do you find what you need when you need it? The world is mobile and you may have to deliver in 10 minutes or less. MightyMeeting makes it easy.
[aditude-amp id="flyingcarpet" targeting='{"env":"staging","page_type":"article","post_id":169557,"post_type":"story","post_chan":"none","tags":null,"ai":false,"category":"none","all_categories":"business,social,","session":"C"}']MM is a mobile meeting app for iPhone and Android platform handsets as well as PCs. It tags and searches through PowerPoint presentations with the flick of your finger. With it, users can initiate and invite each other to online meetings complete with PowerPoint slides. When the presenter changes slides on her handset, the slide changes for those she invited as well.
Unlike competitors Fuze and WebEx, the user can start a meeting on his or her mobile device. With Fuze and WebEx, the handset user can join but not start meetings. This means that if your sales rep is in the security line at Dulles and you need him to make a last minute pitch to some folks in London, he is ready to go — from his hand set.

Presentations can be uploaded to the MightyMeeting server. The app can show slides, video and HTML forms. It also contains a chat feature for Q&A sessions or peer-editing on the fly. If the handset supports it, MM can also be used while you are using the phone because there are some things that just can’t be texted with proper enthusiasm. Soon MightyMeeting will be able to sync with Google Docs, iDisk, DropBox or other cloud storage apps. For now, you have to plan ahead and upload to MightyMeeting.
