Today Parse announced the release of ParseUI for iOS, essentially a refresh for certain components for applications designed with the Facebook-owned company’s mobile back-end.

For instance, Parse has refreshed the sign-in screen that developers can tap using the PFLogInViewController class.

Taken together, the new user interfaces render more quickly and offer smoother animations, according to a blog post today from Nikita Lutsenko, a mobile software engineer at Parse.

The moves come following the announcement of new iPhones with different resolutions.

“All components were rebuilt from scratch to be resolution-independent, meaning they both look great and are native on any screen resolution,” Lutsenko wrote. “This resolution-independent approach also introduces support for more presentation options. It gives you the flexibility to comprehensively customize everything within your application’s navigation and layout.”
