Propel raises $4.2 million for product lifecycle management built on Salesforce

Product management tool Propel announced today that it closed a $4.2 million series A investment led by Cloud Apps Capital Partners.

Propel’s product, built on Salesforce, promises a service that “helps everyone involved in launching new products coordinate all the product, customer and service information needed for a product to be successful.”

The funds of the round, the company said, will help Propel’s “sales and marketing efforts.”

Cloud Apps’ Matt Holleran will join Propel’s board. Salesforce Ventures and SignalFire also participated in the investment.
