Military bans Wikileak access — Memos have emerged indicating that branches of the U.S. Military are banning their servicemen from accessing government document leak site Wikileaks, because it could disrupt morale.

Digg censorship? — According to AlterNet, a major censorship conspiracy on social news aggregator Digg has surfaced. Apparently, conservative members of the community have been padding upvotes with multiple accounts and taking measures to drown out liberal points of view.

Cartier sues HauteLook — The well-known jewelry brand has filed a lawsuit against HauteLook, a flash-sale e-commerce site that competes with the likes of Gilt Groupe, for selling its products second hand without express permission.

TechStars launches 11 new startups — The seed accelerator program that awards $18,000 to chosen startups just announced that it is debuting 11 new startups from its Boulder, Colo. class, including robotic ball maker Gearbox, influencer identifier Spot Influence, and digital prescription pad company ScriptPad.

Quora opens up to search engines — In order to maintain its competitive edge following the launch of Facebook Questions, Quora says it will release its content to make it searchable on Google. There is some concern that the move may dilute the quality of its user experience.
