Songkick, the cross-platform app that lets you keep tabs on when and where all your favorite bands are playing live, now lets you track artists in your Spotify account through the Songkick website.
For the uninitiated, London-based Songkick has made a name for itself in the live music realm for the way it helps users discover concerts based on what music they actually listen to. It scans a user’s music collection and matches this with Songkick’s inventory of live shows, and send alerts whenever gigs are announced nearby. Songkick merged with ticketing service CrowdSurge back in June.

A few months back, Songkick revealed it was integrating with Spotify competitor Rdio, though that’s on iOS only. By rolling this out to its website too, the Songkick team is giving preferential treatment to Spotify for now.
