Microsoft has finally managed to get Sprint on board with its Lumia smartphones, announcing today that the Lumia 635 will be landing on a number of Sprint services, including pre-paid brands Virgin Mobile and Boost Mobile from December 23.
This marks a significant milestone for Microsoft, as it now means it has all four major US networks selling Lumia — alongside AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile — as it looks to push the Windows Phone brand. Indeed, this is the first Windows Phone 8.1 device to land on Sprint at all.
Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile will be selling the device for $99.99 in Cyan and White models respectively. The device will be arriving for Sprint contract customers on January 16.
