Players will be jumping into Ghost Recon’s open-world mayhem next year.
During Ubisoft’s press briefing in front of the annual Electronic Entertainment Expo tradeshow, the French publisher announced that Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands is coming March 7, 2017 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. In Wildlands, you’re part of an elite spec ops team tasked with taking down El Sueño, a dangerous gang leader who has taken over the entire drug trade in Bolivia. Ghost Recon is one of Ubisoft’s key blockbuster series, helping the company remain a major player in the $99.6 billion worldwide game industry.

You can either play alone with computer-controlled teammates or with up to three other players via online cooperative multiplayer. Ubisoft demonstrated what four-player co-op looks like in a new lengthy trailer, where the Ghost Recon team had to extract one of El Sueño’s men, El Pozolero (aka The Stewmaker).
