David Karp, CEO of the Yahoo-owned social blogging site Tumblr, went on CNBC’s Squawk Box program today to talk about the FCC’s yes vote on network neutrality.

Unfortunately, the segment wasn’t nearly the feel-good moment that the vote itself was earlier today.

He also could not explain why AT&T is clearly bluffing when it says it’ll stop investing in networks when broadband is regulated like a public utility. (Answer: There’s just too damn much money to be made.)

Maybe CNBC is wishing it had brought on someone a bit better prepared to shed light on the situation.
