Twitter now lets you search every tweet ever tweeted since 2006

Twitter is building a searchable public index of tweets published from 2006 on.

Though Twitter’s mass of public tweets are already searchable via hashtags and keywords, Twitter has wanted to make its historic catalogue of tweets available to users for a while. “Our long-standing goal has been to let people search through every Tweet ever published,” said the company it a blog post.
