The Apple Watch goes up for preorder this Friday night at 12:01 a.m., and a new report says it could take 4 to 6 weeks before some models are actually delivered.
The German and U.K. Apple sites today listed some delivery time frames, reports 9to5Mac.
The Sport models and the Apple Watch with the classic leather strap and Milanese bracelet list shipping dates between April 24th and May 8th. Other models list shipping dates of 4 to 6 weeks, or simply “May.”
It’s important to note that these shipping windows may not apply to the U.S. market, and may apply only to international shipments. Let’s hope the U.S. shipping dates will be faster, because Apple Store employees have reportedly steered many shoppers online to order the Watch.
