VentureBeat is preparing for its annual MobileBeat 2010 conference on July 12-13, and we’re seeking a paid intern to work part-time from now until July 15 to assist with event marketing, speaker support, coordination, and anything else that may arise.

Qualifications we’re looking for:

  • Great communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Positive attitude
  • Experience in Office suite apps like PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and relentless attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of graphics/design programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) a plus
  • Working knowledge of WordPress or other blogging platforms a plus
