Vimeo has teamed with Wipster to incorporate its video review and approval tools into the media platform’s creator toolset. With this partnership, Vimeo users will be able to privately share and review videos through the Wipster option.
Wipster offers up an application that gives editors the ability to collaborate on videos with clients, colleagues, and others. And as Vimeo’s already associated with the creative arts and business professionals, the integration makes sense. The New Zealand-based company takes work-in-progress videos, enables you to share them with anyone you want, and facilitates any feedback viewers may have about the work.

If you have a basic or Plus account, you’ll be able to use the review tools and then publish the finished videos back to Vimeo.

“Vimeo’s creator tool products are designed to be the highest quality video workflow solution for creators of all levels,” said Vimeo general manager Michael Weissman in a statement. “Wipster shares a similar vision in building powerful, yet intuitive workflow solutions for creators…”
Wipster told VentureBeat that the fully integrated use of Wipster is $12 per user per month for those with Vimeo PRO and Plus memberships. At that price, you’ll receive the one-click integration between the two services, frame-accurate commenting, to-do lists, no-logins required for reviewers, and unlimited uploads and archiving. Normally, Wipster’s review platform’s service costs $15 per user per month.
