Weave changes the way doctors talk to patients, secures $5M in funding

Weave, a VoIP service for doctors that also helps manage patient records, today announced a $5 million funding round led by A Capital.

Weave shares that it has developed a phone and text service for doctors (below) that lets them communicate with patients, track patient records, and manage customer relations. Homebrew, SV Angel, and Y Combinator — among others — also took part in this funding round.
