The Ellen Pao discrimination case, which concluded last week, has many in the tech world thinking about the roles of women in technology. One woman who is now in a very high-profile role is Elena Donio. She’s president at Concur, maker of the market-leading travel and expense management software.
Donio joined Concur in 1998 and over the last decade and a half she has played various leadership roles ranging from the head of worldwide sales and marketing to head of product management.

Donio believes men and women alike should try to bring more of our true selves to the workplace, not just the small part they believe to be “businesslike.”
