This includes those who pay for the $60-a-year premium Xbox Live Gold subscription service. Microsoft’s Xbox Live Status page lists the problem as “limited,” so it is not impacting all users. The site also notes that it is working to resolve the issue.
Problems like this can pop up for Xbox Live from time to time. It was noticeably a worse issue during the first three months of 2016, although things quieted down after April.
